Town & Country Computers remote support
You must call us at (701) 642-8083 and speak with a technician before attempting to use remote support. If you try to connect without speaking to a technician first your connection will be closed.
Click here to download the remote support program. If you are prompted to either open the file or save it, please choose to save the file. We recommend saving the file to your desktop. After saving the file, double click on it to open the remote support program. The name of the file is help.exe.
Our remote support program is based on Ultra VNC, an open source program distributed under the terms of the GNU General Public License. The program will only connect to our remote support system, other people are not able to connect to your computer using the program. Nothing is installed on your computer, the entire program is contained in a single file. After you are finished using the remote support program you may simply delete the file from your computer to completely remove it.
